About the Position
We are seeking a Translator from English with C1-C2 English proficiency to support our international recruitment efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conducting interviews with foreigners and providing information support to candidates regarding service and contract conditions
- Posting current job openings on foreign platforms
- Maintaining candidate records and submitting reports
- Consulting and accompanying candidates: from crossing the border to joining the unit
- Communicating with unit divisions and command
- Participating in the preparation of informational and recruitment materials
Requirements
- Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel)
- Military service experience is a plus
- English language skills at the C1–C2 level
- High communication skills and attention to detail
- Stress resistance and responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and adhere to service subordination
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
Conditions
- Mobilization until the end of martial law or contract service
- Monetary compensation up to 50,000 UAH depending on assigned tasks
- Provision of uniform and personal protective equipment, full meals
- Guaranteed annual leave + additional leave of 10 days for family reasons
