You’ll work across performance reporting, measurement, attribution, and analytics, supporting campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and app channels. You’ll also gain exposure to AI-assisted analytics, automation, and advanced measurement as you build your capability.
Responsibilities
As a Performance Analyst, you’ll:

- Develop client-facing reports and dashboards connected to live data sources.
- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization signals.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, and performance anomalies.

- Support measurement and tracking quality across GA4, pixels, CAPI, app measurement SDKs, UTM parameters, and tag management.
- Conduct data audits to identify tracking gaps, measurement discrepancies, and attribution issues.
- Prepare and clean performance data for media mix modeling and other measurement activities.
- Support audience analysis, keyword research, creative performance evaluation, and A/B testing.
- Conduct competitive analysis using tools such as SimilarWeb, SEMRush, and AdClarity.
- Develop performance benchmarks and KPI frameworks using campaign and industry data.
- Use AI-assisted tools to support data processing, anomaly detection, trend identification, and reporting automation.
- Contribute insights to team discussions, optimization briefs, and client reporting.
Requirements
You’ll be naturally analytical, curious about what sits behind the numbers, and interested in the intersection of media, data, and technology.
You’ll ideally bring:
- 1-3 years’ experience in performance marketing analytics, digital analytics, media analytics, or a related area.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability, including XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and pivot tables.
- Hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of GA4, including basic exploration and custom reporting.
- Understanding of digital performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, impression share, and quality score.
- Exposure to tracking implementation, tag management, and UTM parameter management.
- Experience producing performance reports or dashboards.
- Exposure to competitive intelligence tools such as SimilarWeb, SEMRush, or AdClarity, or a strong interest in learning them.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
- Curiosity about AI, automation, and how technology is changing performance analytics.
