  • Conduct deeper analytical reviews to identify drivers of high performance, capability gaps, and organisational effectiveness trends.
  • Present data-driven recommendations and insights to senior stakeholders, enabling informed talent and workforce decisions.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to utilise analytics in workforce planning, talent management, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Support the development of predictive and forward-looking people insights to proactively identify organisational risks and opportunities.

Manager & Employee Support

  • Partner closely with managers to drive effective performance conversations, meaningful goal setting, and development planning.
  • Provide expert advice and hands-on support in managing performance concerns, improvement plans, and performance-related documentation.
  • Coach leaders on performance management best practices and the effective use of people data in decision making.
  • Ensure managers are equipped to interpret performance metrics and leverage insights to improve team effectiveness.

Coaching and Capability Building

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on performance, talent, and organisational capability topics.
  • Deliver coaching, training, and capability-building initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness and team performance.
  • Support employees in understanding performance expectations, career development opportunities, and growth pathways.
  • Drive adoption of a data-informed performance culture across the organisation.

Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, People Analytics, or a related HR role.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, owning, and improving performance management frameworks and processes.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting complex HR data and translating findings into business recommendations.
