As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to help us build one of the most ambitious and technically forward-thinking performance marketing teams in B2B SaaS. The team consists of you, a developer, and a strategist. Together you have the global responsibility for the performance marketing of Teamtailor and are accountable for growing and accelerating the pipeline from digital inbound channels. No one sits on their hands. Everyone is hands-on, pushing solutions at a rate only made possible because of the nimble nature of this performance team.👫

Responsibilities

• Be the expert and owner of social and search performance channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok)
• Optimize social & search campaign goals, strategies, and budgets to maximize output as defined from time to time (leads, value, applications, decrease churn, etc.)
• Fix data quality issues related to conversion events
• Discuss with analysts, developers, and creatives about how to programmatically improve ad assets, landing pages, and post-conversion experiences
• Be an integral part in improving the agentic marketing platform employed by the company

Requirements

• You have worked hands-on with performance marketing in social, search, and display advertising for at least 3 years
• You have experimented with Claude CLI and Claude Code and know your way around VS Code
• You’re a performance marketing specialist who looks for new opportunities in your data every day. You have ideas that you haven’t been able to test yet because of chicken bosses or conservative clients
• You thrive when you work with ambitious people. You are open-minded and the kind of colleague who gets that a forgiving environment is necessary for a team to constantly outperform previous high-scores
