Performance Marketing Executive/Media Buyer

About the Position

As a Performance Marketing Executive/Media Buyer, you will be responsible for driving scalable business growth by combining data-driven marketing strategies with creative experimentation across the full customer lifecycle. The role focuses on acquiring, activating, retaining, and monetizing customers through continuous testing, performance optimization, and cross-channel campaigns.

You will work closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to identify growth opportunities, optimize funnels, and improve conversion rates using insights from customer data. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on execution skills, and the ability to balance short-term performance with long-term brand and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Run campaigns for lead generation & nurturing
• Optimize the marketing funnel
• Set up scalable processes for customer acquisition
• Collaborate closely with events
• Generate leads from existing customers and partners
• Manage Google Ads
• Handle media buying

Requirements

• Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in running Google, Meta, and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Fluency in both English & Arabic with excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • An interest in technologies/software
  • Analytical Mindset
