About the Position
We are seeking a creative Performance Marketing Lead to drive our consumer brands' success through innovative paid media strategies and data-driven insights. Our client creates unique brands that offer high-quality products, based on consumer and market insights. They have a background in successfully supporting big companies with their market entry in Asian markets and growing their impact in the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead all performance marketing initiatives for consumer brands
- Develop and implement paid media strategies using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google
- Actively support the company’s growth plans and provide insights through (A/B) testing and rapid iterations
- Constantly iterate, tinker, and improve running campaigns to ensure the best possible results with the most efficient use of the budget
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to get the best outcome of our content strategy and with multiple stakeholders like operations, brand teams, creatives, and product managers to drive the company’s growth strategy
- Manage key marketing performance metrics and steer on high impact budget allocation
Requirements
- About 5-8 years experience with paid advertising
- Fluent in English, while Cantonese and Mandarin is a big plus
- Experience in E-commerce or digital agency environments and ideally, experience with other DTC brands
- Ability to discuss examples of driving revenue and engagement via (paid) media campaigns
- Proven track record of creating campaigns that deliver increased traffic, engagement, and conversion
- Ability to clearly visually show the results with data from different sources
- Very hands-on and proactive, with a willingness to make changes and innovate
- Curious, committed, with a growth mindset, and optimistic
