Performance Marketing Manager

London

About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into measurable results that power Nscale’s account-based and developer-focused demand efforts. You’ll own execution across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and other paid channels-including developer-centric platforms-building campaigns that drive qualified engagement, pipeline, and account expansion. This role combines performance marketing expertise with a deep understanding of technical audiences, ensuring our high-value campaigns are data-driven, optimized, and scalable.

You’ll work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, and Sales to connect creative, targeting, and analytics into one seamless revenue engine.

Responsibilities

Paid Media Execution

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for multiple ICPs across LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, and X, aligned with ABM and relevant developer-focused channels.
  • Build campaign structures supporting both broad and highly targeted account or developer audience segments.
  • Manage budgets, pacing, and performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CVR, SQL rate).
  • Report on campaign performance, sharing insights and actionable recommendations with stakeholders.

Account-Based Performance

  • Partner with the ABM team to translate account lists into paid targeting strategies and retargeting sequences.
  • Deploy hyper-targeted campaigns using account and intent data to reach senior decision-makers in priority verticals.
  • Support nurture programs and event initiatives with paid amplification.
  • Collaborate with Product and Content teams to test creative and messaging tailored to specific accounts or segments.

Data, Tracking & Analytics

  • Maintain robust campaign tracking using GA4, server-side GTM, and HubSpot.
  • Implement UTM governance, conversion events, and audience tracking frameworks.
  • Work with Marketing Ops to build dashboards showing performance by account, segment, and funnel stage.

Continuous Experimentation

  • Develop an experimentation roadmap for creative, targeting, and channel testing.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture that turns data into action and scales successful models.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years’ experience in B2B performance marketing, ideally in SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or emerging tech-specifically targeting enterprise and developer audiences.
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Advanced skills in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and HubSpot.
  • Strong grasp of targeting, attribution, and marketing automation.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and data accuracy.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

We Offer

  • Competitive salary
  • Opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive environment
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
