We are currently recruiting for integration in our internal team/client, a Performance Tech Lead (m/f) – On-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage performance and technical aspects of IT operations.
• Oversee IT Operations Manager, Site Reliability Engineer, Platform Engineer lead, Production Support lead, DevOps team lead, Infrastructure lead, Cloud Operations lead, Systems Engineering lead roles.
• Ensure hands-on practice and knowledge in technologies such as Linux, Java, and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI) is required.
• Passionate and willing to dive into other technologies.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients.
• Foster team spirit, proactivity, and time management.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's and/or Master’s in Computer Science or similar.
• Experience: 5 or more years of professional experience in Information Systems.
• Technical Skills:
  • Linux
  • Java
  • Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases
  • AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI
  • Good level of English (minimum, B2 level)
• Soft Skills:
  • Good communication
  • Team spirit
  • Proactivity
  • Time management
