Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in Persian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
- Experience in challenging language models on topics like verb conjugation, sentence structure, ezāfe constructions, register and politeness levels, regional dialects, and the nuances of the Persian writing system
- Documenting every failure mode to harden model reasoning
- A master’s or PhD in Persian language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication
We Offer
- Pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location
