SKELAR Platform is the operational core of the venture builder, helping founders go from zero to one faster. While business teams focus on the product, the 15+ teams within the Platform handle Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Communications, IT, and other functions for the entire ecosystem.

We are currently looking for a Personal Assistant for the SKELAR Platform.

You will become the right hand of the CEO-someone who keeps dozens of tasks in focus and gives the CEO space to think about strategy, not logistics.

Challenges You Will Face

• You will perform and coordinate operational, administrative, and organizational tasks for the CEO-from selecting gifts for partners to supporting complex projects;
• You will assist the CEO in personal requests that require prompt resolution, information search, or coordination of contractors;
• You will organize business and personal trips: booking flights, hotels, and transfers, preparing itineraries, planning meetings, and business events;
• You will conduct research and analyze information at the CEO's request, prepare comparisons, recommendations, and concise conclusions for decision-making;
• You will select and coordinate gifts for partners and colleagues-from generating ideas to controlling procurement and delivery;
• You will seek solutions for non-standard tasks, interacting with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

• Flexibility and efficiency in multitasking, able to quickly prioritize and manage time;

• Responsibility and ownership-bringing tasks to completion without losing them during execution;
• Ability to quickly find information, analyze data, and structure conclusions and recommendations.
