Personal Assistant to the General Manager (all genders)
Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg, located on the Fleetinsel in Hamburg, is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team. You will work alongside an international team of approximately 100 colleagues and trainees.

Responsibilities
- Support the hotel direction in daily operations and take on tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, travel expense management, and creating presentations and documents.
- Collaborate closely with our Cluster Marketing Manager to plan and execute in-house marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of marketing materials, social media content, and the hotel's webpage to enhance our visibility.
- Coordinate administrative processes, keep track of various projects, and ensure a structured organization in the management office.
Requirements
- Ideally, you have experience in the hospitality industry, in an assistant role, or in marketing – a career change is also welcome.
- You have initial experience in marketing and a knack for social media.
- You are proficient in using Canva or similar graphic design and visualization software.
- You work methodically, independently, and maintain an overview even in a varied work environment.
- You are looking for a full-time or part-time position. Part-time employment starting from 20 hours per week is possible.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
