About the Position
We are seeking a Personal Banker to join our team in Singapore. This is a branch client-facing sales position where you will be focusing on client engagement and sales in banking and financial services.
Responsibilities
- Engage, prospect, and manage a portfolio of clients across insurance and investment portfolios.
- Maximize business acquisition, deepen existing customer relationships, and drive referral opportunities within the Personal Clients segment.
- Initiate new customer sourcing through direct calling, participation in marketing, and promotional activities.
- Ensure high-quality, efficient after-sales services and actively manage client retention and anti-attrition initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in banking sales or financial services is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong business relationships and client loyalty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine enjoyment of client interaction.
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven.
We Offer
- Competitive salary ranging from S$3,600 to S$4,500 per month.
- Great commission structure.
- Permanent full-time position.
