About the Position
Personal Banker Sint-Truiden
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and advising a portfolio of A+ clients and guiding them towards their financial goals.
You will offer your A+ clients solutions for managing their assets, protecting their family, financing projects, and building their pension (Personal Banking Personal Approach).
Everything revolves around your commercial mindset and proactively responding to customer needs through various distribution channels (Mobile banking/Video banking/face to face …).
You will work closely with your colleagues in the office and other product lines by detecting opportunities, thereby contributing to the financial growth of your office.
Responsibilities

Growth of the Asset Portfolio
- Through your knowledge and expertise, you will attract new customers and ensure the growth of your client portfolio.
- You will propose ING investment solutions according to the customer's needs.
- You will build a trusting relationship in the context of asset acquisition.

Trustworthy Contact and ING Ambassador for Personal Banking Customers
- You will contact and advise customers on a regular basis.
- You will guide customers through digital distribution channels.
- You will gather relevant information to make a correct analysis and provide the right solutions.
- You will discover new opportunities and work on them.
- You will act as a reference person for all A+ clients within your portfolio.

Participates in Public Relations Activities for Clients
- You will participate in zonal and regional events.
- You will create a local network around you.

Active Use of Tooling
- You will use the ING tools before, during, and after every interaction with customers and prospects according to ING guidelines.
