About the Position
Personal Banker Sint-Truiden
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Banker in Sint-Truiden, Belgium to join our team at ING Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios and providing personalized financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and advise on a portfolio of A+ clients and guide them towards their financial goals.
- Offer solutions for asset management, family protection, project financing, and pension building.
- Actively engage with clients through various channels such as mobile banking, video banking, and face-to-face interactions.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to detect opportunities and contribute to the financial growth of the office.
- Build trust and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ING Ambassador.
- Participate in public relations activities and local networking events.
- Utilize ING tools effectively for client interactions in accordance with ING guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong client focus and enthusiasm for achieving targets and deadlines.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and driven attitude.
- Satisfaction in closing investment deals.
- Strict adherence to rules, MIFID legislation, and compliance and risk management regulations.
- A genuine team player with a clear interest in the financial world, particularly in investments.
