We are looking for a Personaldisponent (m/w/d) to join our team in Trier. This is a FULL_TIME position.

Your Daily Tasks

• You shape the professional future of our applicants and employees and actively contribute to the success of the Trier branch
• You win new customers in the greater Trier area through your communicative and reliable personality
• You continuously expand the existing customer business through your pronounced service orientation
• You are responsible for personnel recruiting, supported by the latest tools for electronic recruitment
• You lead, motivate, and manage our employees at the Trier location
• In addition to temporary staffing, you utilize our strong product range from personnel placement to payroll and outsourcing

What You Bring

• Completed vocational training as a Personaldienstleistungskaufmann
• Alternatively, several years of experience as a Personaldisponent, Vertriebsdisponent, Disponent in der Zeitarbeit, Personalberater, Recruiter, OnSite-Manager, or comparable experience in the field of personnel or human resources, HR, sales
• Sense of responsibility, an empathetic and open nature
• Customer orientation, strong communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Quick comprehension and an independent, proactive working style
