Responsibilities

Neukundenakquise & Kundenpflege: You will independently acquire new customers, expand existing business contacts, and ensure the sustainable development of your customer relationships.
Disposition: You will coordinate the deployment of your employees precisely, accompany them during client assignments, and ensure a smooth process.
Bewerbermanagement: You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from candidate acquisition to selection and successful placement.

Requirements

Branchenerfahrung: You have initial professional experience in commercial/technical staffing services, possibly with training within the industry. Currently, you are working as a staffing service clerk, recruiter, personnel dispatcher, sales dispatcher, or in a comparable position.
Vertrieb & Kundenorientierung: You have a passion for sales, are convincing through communication skills, and always act in a customer-oriented manner. Initial experience would be nice but is not necessary.
Persönlichkeit: Communication skills, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility characterize you in dealing with customers and candidates.
Teamgedanke: You enjoy working in a team and have the opportunity to take the next career step together with familiar colleagues.
