Responsibilities

• Provide individual consultations on the possibilities of cellular therapy;
• Accompany the patient at all stages of treatment - from the first contact to the completion of the program;
• Explain complex terms in understandable language;
• Coordinate the patient's interaction with doctors, the laboratory, and the administrative team;
• Build trusting relationships, maintain communication online/offline;
• Participate in the development of the clinic as a center of innovative medicine.

Requirements

• Medical education (a doctor by diploma - mandatory);
• Open to new ideas, quick to learn, and enthusiastic about innovations;
• Possess communication skills with patients and doctors;
• Able to work with objections, listen, and relieve anxiety;
• Have a proactive approach, high level of emotional intelligence, and customer focus;
• Fluent in Ukrainian.
