About the Position
Personalreferent mit Schwerpunkt Recruiting (m/w/d)
IP Dynamics GmbH, a mid-sized IT service provider, is looking for a Personalreferent with a focus on recruiting to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. If you enjoy finding people others can't and supporting them beyond their first day, we want you on board.
Responsibilities
Your focus: Recruiting
- Manage the entire recruiting process, from requirement gathering with departments and management to hiring.
- Excel in active sourcing: Identify suitable candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, create search strings for target roles, and craft outreach messages that don't sound like mass emails.
- Conduct independent screening interviews and decide who advances to the next round; coordinate and moderate further interviews with departments and management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience: Keep candidates informed throughout the process and handle rejections professionally.
- Work data-driven: Maintain candidate data in Personio and report monthly on sourcing and recruiting metrics.
Additional HR Tasks
- Support the onboarding process to quickly turn candidates into colleagues.
- Plan and attend recruiting and HR career events, and manage collaboration with external service providers.
- Participate in overarching HR projects and contribute your own ideas.
- Handle central tasks in HR administration, contract management, and other HR-relevant areas.
Requirements
What you bring
- Completed vocational training or academic degree in HR or business-related fields, or equivalent qualifications.
- At least 3 years of experience in active sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proficiency in conducting independent screening interviews and managing interview processes.
- Experience with a candidate management system, ideally Personio.
- Experience in operational HR work and labor law basics.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to address individuals personally.
- Structured, independent, and goal-oriented work style.
- Curiosity about AI tools in everyday recruiting for sourcing, texts, and processes.
- Native proficiency in German and good English.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
