Hemmersbach is seeking a Senior HR Generalist with a focus on labor law and leadership counseling to join our team in Nürnberg, Germany. This role is full-time and involves steering the entire employee lifecycle with a clear focus on counseling our leadership team rather than just administration.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for executives, employees, and external partners in HR matters (DE/EN)
- Provide labor law advice to executives and independently handle labor law cases
- Counsel executives on team leadership and collaboration, and moderate conflicts
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle (contract creation to offboarding) in compliance with HR guidelines
- Conduct KPI reporting and present process/concept improvements to management
- Oversee local HR communication
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in operational HR, ideally in a blue-collar environment
- Metrics-driven mindset with an affinity for AI and automation solutions in HR
- Fluency in German and English
