Your Tasks
- Management of electronic personnel files and processing of all relevant personnel processes from entry to exit in the Personio personnel management system
- Organization and execution of on- and offboarding activities
- Point of contact for the time recording system askDante
- Preparation of payroll
- Organization of assignments and execution of travel bookings and travel expense settlements
- Creation of employment references
- Organization of company events
- Participation in HR projects
Your Profile
- Completed commercial education with several years of professional experience in personnel administration
- Experience in payroll preparation
- Good knowledge of payroll tax, social insurance, and labor law
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Independent and structured working style as well as teamwork skills
