Responsibilities

You are responsible for the site in terms of expertise and organization and lead your team with empathy, clarity, and a sense of responsibility.
You ensure the quality of our work and manage contract and prescription management smoothly.
You maintain correspondence with payers and keep all organizational threads in hand.
As the contact person for new patients, their relatives, and dependents, you handle initial assessments and build trust from the start.
You are in close contact with doctors, therapists, specialist clinics, and social services.
Even in difficult situations, you support our patients with calm, understanding, and solution-oriented approaches.
For nursing documentation, you use our software.snap by euregon®.

Requirements

Formal Requirements:

🎓 You are a qualified nursing professional and have completed advanced training for management functions with at least 460 hours.
⏳ In the last 8 years, you have worked as a nursing professional for at least 2 years, of which at least 9 months were in outpatient care.

Personal Requirements:

👉 Modern personnel management is important to you.
🤗 You feel comfortable in a field with responsibility and scope for action.
🚀 You have basic business knowledge and are proficient in common office applications.
🗣️ Fluent German skills (C1 level) for legally secure communication and documentation.
🚗 A valid driver's license to be mobile in our service area.
❤️ An empathetic leader with organizational skills and the ability to inspire people.
☝ A specific denomination is not necessary.

About the Company

Unsere Station liegt in Helle Mitte, direkt hinter der Alice Salomon Hochschule. Seit über 35 Jahren bringen wir verlässlich Pflege, Beratung und Betreuung in die vier Wände unserer Pflegekundschaft. Das Versorgungsgebiet reicht von den dichten Quartieren in Marzahn und Hellersdorf bis in die grünen Siedlungsanlagen in Kaulsdorf, Biesdorf und Mahlsdorf. Du planst also mit verlässlichen Wegen statt mit dem Berliner Verkehr. Die U5 hält direkt vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Mittagspause liegen fußläufig.
