Responsibilities

Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Pflegedienstes
Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität sowie Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
Personalführung, -planung und -entwicklung
Ansprechpartnerin für Mitarbeitende, Angehörige, Ärztinnen und externe Partner
Optimierung interner Prozesse und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagements
Erstellung von Dienstplänen und Koordination des täglichen Pflegeablaufs

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege (z. B. Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d))
Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Pflege, idealerweise in leitender Funktion
Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und souveränes Auftreten
Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamorientierung und Entscheidungsfreude
Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Systemen

Job Requirements

Arbeitserlaubnis in Deutschland: Benötigt
Deutschkenntnisse: Fließend (C1)
2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
Führerschein: Nicht benötigt
Benötigte Schichten: Wochenenden, Feiertage
