We are seeking you as a Nursing Professional (m/w/d) on a part-time basis with 25 to 35 hours per week or with a working schedule that fits your personal life situation.

What You Can Expect

• Depending on your weekly working hours and relevant professional experience, your monthly base salary according to EG 7 AVR Diakonie Sachsen ranges between 2,461.36 € gross (for 25 hours/week) and 3,790.49 € gross (for 35 hours/week). We will discuss your individual salary, including possible allowances, with you personally.

Responsibilities

• You will take over the individual and holistic care and accompaniment of our residents
• You will perform basic and treatment care professionally and support, among other things, in personal hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• You will plan and coordinate nursing measures and keep the individual needs of our residents in mind
• You will work closely with the team and relatives
• You will document your work professionally and digitally

Requirements

• A completed three-year training as a nursing professional, e.g., as a geriatric nurse, health and nursing care professional, nursing professional, nurse, or nursing assistant (m/w/d)
• Empathy and appreciation - you approach our residents respectfully, friendly, and on an equal footing
• Sense of responsibility and team spirit - you work reliably and are happy to contribute to the team
• Shared values - you can identify with our Christian values and carry them, regardless of your own religious affiliation

Located directly at the Glauchauer Schlosspark, the Haus Heinrichshof offers 102 elderly and dependent individuals in four living areas a loving home.

As part of our Christian care center, we combine individual care and support with a lively everyday life and plenty of room for encounters.
