About the Position

Unverzichtbar, unabhängig – den Menschen im Blick: Über 1.600 hochqualifizierte Fachkräfte an insgesamt 18 Standorten in Baden-Württemberg unterstützen und beraten die Kranken- und Pflegekassen in medizinischen und pflegerischen Fragen. Verantwortung für ein soziales Gesundheitswesen: Für die Prüfung der Qualität von Pflegeeinrichtungen und Pflegediensten vergrößern wir unseren Verbund Qualitätsprüfung Pflegeeinrichtungen (§ 114 SGB XI) Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Pflegefachpersonen (m/w/d) für die Qualitätsprüfung.

Job Type

The positions are available in full-time (38.5 hours/week) or part-time with a scope of 80% (4 full workdays per week) or after the training period at 60% (3 full workdays per week).

Responsibilities

• A varied activity in an engaged team
• An ambitious task area in the examination of outpatient and inpatient care facilities with corresponding travel activity in Baden-Württemberg

Requirements

• Completed training as a Pflegefachperson (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und (Kinder-)Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) or Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
• Further education in the field of management or a completed nursing study
• Several years of management experience
• Extensive nursing experience and ideally further education in intensive care or long-term practical experience in the care of ventilated patients
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing
• Ability to work independently, flexibility, and resilience
• A car driver's license and your own car
• Team spirit and social competence
• Interest in socio-medical tasks and good expressive ability
• Knowledge in the use of modern information technology (MS Office, Internet)
