Job Description

Do you want to know how manufacturing planning, quality, and digitalization work together in roller skate production, and make a difference yourself? Then start your internship with us.

• During your internship, you will design new concepts, layouts, and inspection instructions in the area of manufacturing processes and workflows.
• In creating value stream and process analyses, you will gain comprehensive insights into manufacturing planning and quality management (8D methodology).
• Furthermore, you will work hand in hand with adjacent departments such as design, development, and quality assurance.
• You will analyze existing manufacturing processes and support continuous improvement work based on the Bosch Production System.
• Additionally, your duties include data analysis within the framework of quality requirements (e.g., configuration/monitoring with Grafana and Tableau).
• Lastly, you will drive the digitalization of manufacturing and thus contribute significantly to the introduction of I4.0 solutions.

Qualifications

• Education: Studies in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, technical computer science, or comparable with advanced course of study
• Experience and Know-how: Proficient use of MS Office; good IT skills
• Personality and Work Ethic: You bring yourself engaged and self-initiated into the team, work independently, and approach your tasks with commitment and strategic thinking
• Work Schedule: Your on-site presence is required
• Languages: Very good German and English

Additional Information

Start: From April 2027

Duration: 6 months (exclusively compulsory internship according to SPO)
