About the Position
Pflichtpraktikum - Service Operations & Customer Journey
AUMOVIO, a technology and electronics company, is seeking a dedicated intern for its Service Operations & Customer Journey department in Villingen-Schwenningen. This 6-month internship, starting in early March 2027, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of CRM tools and enhance customer support.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new customers for our European organization
- Development of the CRM tool
- Product-related support for German and international dealer organizations, specialist dealers, and direct customers
- Communication with various development teams for problem-solving
- Enhancement of the knowledge database
Requirements
- Students (m/w/d) in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Business Management, Service Management, Product Engineering, or similar fields
- Basic knowledge of SAP is advantageous
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially MS Excel (VBA knowledge desirable)
- Fluent German language skills for team meetings and production communication
- Very good English language skills for international corporate communication
