About the Position

That training data begins with you-we need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI.
We’re looking for Photoshop specialists who live and breathe photo editing, photo compositing, photo manipulation, photo retouching, color correction, color grading, layer masking, smart objects, adjustment layers, blend modes, filters, typography, and digital illustration. You’ll challenge advanced language models on topics like non-destructive editing techniques, realistic mockups, advanced selections, actions and automation, image resolution optimization, and creative effects-documenting every failure mode so we can harden model reasoning.
On a typical day, you will converse with the model on real-world design scenarios and technical Photoshop questions, verify factual accuracy and workflow logic, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Photoshop
- Expertise in photo editing, photo compositing, photo manipulation, photo retouching, color correction, color grading, layer masking, smart objects, adjustment layers, blend modes, filters, typography, and digital illustration
- Experience with non-destructive editing techniques, realistic mockups, advanced selections, actions and automation, image resolution optimization, and creative effects
- Strong portfolio and professional experience with Photoshop
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite tools
- Clear, metacognitive communication
