About the Position
CITRUSDEV – an international technology offshoring company with R&D facilities based in Kiev, Ukraine – is currently seeking a driven and motivated PHP (Laravel) Developer to join our team. We cover various industries such as Smart Farming, Indoor Navigation, E-commerce, Education, and Internet of Things. With global ambitions, we are building partnerships across markets worldwide, including the US, Israel, Germany, Britain, and Ukraine.
With years of experience, we have perfected the process, system, and technologies that enable us to create high-quality, scalable web and mobile solutions. We are looking for a PHP (Laravel) developer who will join our team for long-time cooperation.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code
- Implement and support integration with REST APIs (auth, db, storage, events)
- Collaborate effectively with a small, high-energy UI/UX team
- Work with other developers to devise customized solutions to difficult problems
- Be an integral part of a team focused on excellence
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven software development experience in PHP
- 1+ year of proven experience in Laravel development
- 1+ year of experience in Vue.js development
- Knowledge of writing a responsive UI (basic knowledge of CSS transitions is a must)
- Knowledge in writing and consuming REST APIs, and integrating with 3rd party APIs
- Knowledge in writing and understanding of SQL queries
- Design patterns, object-oriented programming, and data structure of SOLID principles
- Experience using version control (GIT)
- English level – Upper Intermediate
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker
- Background in smart farming or precision agriculture
- Knowledge of Hebrew
