Responsibilities

• Patient Treatment: You will be responsible for treating patients independently, helping them become fit and pain-free.
• Therapy Plans: You will create and implement individual therapy plans to ensure patients make real progress.
• Teamwork: You will work with a cohesive team that supports each other professionally and personally.
• Documentation: You will handle documentation and communicate with doctors and relatives, all done digitally for efficiency.

Requirements

• Qualification: You must have a completed training as a Physiotherapeut (m/w/d).
• Attributes: You should have a big heart for people and enjoy your work.
• Teamwork: You should be willing to be part of a team, take on responsibility, and continuously develop yourself.
• Appearance: You should have a friendly and well-groomed appearance.

Job Requirements

• Work Permit: Required to work in Germany.
• Language Skills: Very good German (B2).
• Experience: 1 year of professional experience.
• Driving License: Not required.
• Shifts: Weekends and public holidays.

Benefits

• Compensation: Up to 27€/hour.
• Full Pay: Full hourly wage during vacation, illness, waiting, and guarantee cases.
• Bonuses: Welcome bonus up to 3000€ and referral bonus up to 1500€.
• Car Allowance: Option for a company car including a fuel card for private use with full-time employment.
• Allowances: Additional pay for Sundays (50%), public holidays (100%), and night shifts (25%).
