Responsibilities
- 生产工艺与改善，独立推动与生产团队合作项目，提升生产效率(线平衡，动作分析，流程分析，物流线路规划)，车间布局改善；
- 产线标准工时测量与分析，产线及工艺路线信息更新维护，SAP Workcenter(工作中心)及Routine维护；
- 基于安全/生产/品质团队需求，进行新设备/工艺解决方案评估与导入；
- 标准作业指导书编写，控制计划(Control Plan)/过程潜在失效模式及影响分析(PFMEA)文件编写；
- 精益工具的导入与应用。
Requirements
- 本科以上学历，机械/工业工程/电子类专业；
- 5-10年工作经验，有过独立导入生产线/设备经验；
- 熟悉五金/钣金/表面处理/组装相关工艺，熟悉CAD使用；
- 熟练使用Excel进行简单数据处理与分析，熟练使用PPT完成报告；
- 高效沟通与团队协作能力，英语读写能力。
