About the Position

TAF Industries, a leading military-tech company specializing in the production and development of defense technologies, is seeking a Pilot-Operator of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). If you have experience in operating drones, ground control stations, and UAV engineering, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Operation: Control UAVs in various flight modes.
• Station Management: Launch, monitor, and control the operation of ground control stations (GCS).
• Maintenance and Repair: Service and repair UAVs and GCS, including diagnosing faults, replacing components, soldering, updating, and configuring software.
• Testing: Test new solutions and prototypes.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and reports after flights.
• Field Assignments: Participate in field assignments (2-5 trips per month).
• Collaboration: Work with engineers and pilots to improve equipment and flight scenarios.

Requirements

• Experience in operating UAVs (copters, airplanes - any relevant experience is suitable).
• Experience with ground control stations or understanding of their principles.
• Basic or confident experience in UAV engineering (maintenance, repair, soldering, component replacement).
• Attention to detail, responsibility, ability to work in dynamic conditions.
• Willingness to work in field conditions.
• Proactive, team-oriented, stress-resistant.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Betaflight / Ardupilot / PX4.
• Basic modeling skills or understanding of UAV design.
• Driver's license category B.
• Field testing experience or work in military technology.
• Recommendations from previous employers.
