Responsibilities

Pilotage de la configuration & PLM

• Cadrage de la phase projet et suivi des jalons
• Traitement des OA/LA dans PLM et création/suivi des sets de pièces
• Création et suivi des essais V&V (PIV)
• Mise à jour des KPI de livraison et animation de la conformité aux Golden Rules PLM
• Création et gestion des fichiers de configuration

Animation & coordination

• Animation des réunions de contrôle de configuration (checking meetings)
• Facilitation des commissions EDL et reporting KPI auprès de la Direction Projet
• Animation des réunions de robustesse (RT) et des réunions de changement d'ingénierie (GDM/ISS)
• Pilotage de la conformité à la grille APQP

Suivi & reporting

• Suivi des livraisons et de la BOM (construite dans PLM – NP/PA)
• Reporting et suivi des LA/NP/PA publiées
• Gestion des fichiers de synthèse (sets de pièces, essais V&V, Golden Rules)
• Suivi des LDP (lettres de décision produit) et synthèse des réunions associées
• Analyse des issues et suivi KPI dédié
• Suivi des changements d'ingénierie avec reporting associé

Requirements

• Education: Bac+2/3/5 en ingénierie (mécanique, industrialisation, génie industriel ou équivalent)
• Experience: Expérience en gestion de Projet, planning, releasing PLM ou management de projet automobile
• Knowledge: Connaissance des processus APQP et des Golden Rules de releasing / changement d'ingénierie
• Skills:
  • À l'aise dans l'animation de réunions et la gestion transverse (équipe projet, ateliers, fournisseurs)
  • Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et bon relationnel client
  • Communication fluide (B2 +)
• Tools: Outils maîtrisés / à maîtriser : SAP / SIGAPP, BI-SAP, Docinfo, PLM, DEVIN, ARIANE, SOREPP, outil APQP, Pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
