Description of the Role

Join a team dedicated to optimizing the performance of our supply chain in a demanding aerospace environment. As a Supplier Performance and Maturity Driver – Aerospace Environment, you will ensure the maturity and robustness of our suppliers, acting on three key levers:

  • Product Quality: Compliance with strict aeronautical standards.
  • On-Time Delivery (OTD): Reliability of deliveries.
  • Operational Technical Quality (OTQ): Adequacy between demand and production.

Your mission? Secure the supply chain and elevate the performance level of suppliers, directly on the ground.


Main Missions

  1. Ensure Compliance and Performance
    • Validate product compliance with aeronautical standards.
    • Lead non-conformity analyses (8D, RCCA, 5 Why) and corrective action plans.
    • Evaluate and monitor key indicators: OTD, OTQ, industrial capacity.
  2. Anticipate Risks and Manage Crises
    • Identify industrial risks (delays, quality deviations, bottlenecks).
    • Intervene in crisis situations (critical delays, flow disruptions, non-quality).
  3. Support Maturity Improvement
    • Conduct industrial and supply chain maturity diagnostics.
    • Deploy continuous improvement plans (Lean, flow optimization).
    • Train and advise suppliers to strengthen their processes.
  4. Contribute to Strategy and Development
    • Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales phase (needs analysis, technical responses).
    • Participate in the definition and implementation of the expertise development strategy.
    • Lead the business community: training, knowledge sharing, technical support.
    • Represent the company at external events (trade shows, conferences) and develop strategic partnerships.

  • Field: Frequent interventions at suppliers.
  • International: Collaboration with multicultural stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional: Interfaces with quality, purchasing, engineering, and production teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality, industrial supply chain, or aeronautical production.

Technical Skills

  • Mastery of aeronautical standards (EN9100, PART 21/145 appreciated).
  • Quality tools: 8D, AMDEC/FMEA, SPC, causal analysis.
  • Experience in crisis management and high-constraint environments.
  • Proficiency in an international and multicultural context.
