Pilote Moyens et Validation

About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Pilote Moyens et Validation to manage project phases and ensure quality in automotive engineering.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead the physical phases of the project, deploy and manage project dashboards,
• Organize the preparation of each phase in line with the roadmap,
• Verify the quality of planning in the trades, and guide them, if necessary, in the implementation of preventive or corrective action plans,
• Structure the project work phases,
• Set up phase piloting rituals,
• Prepare the planning/quality grid deliverables for each milestone in line with its activities,
• Establish detailed planning of prototype resources, ensure their update and conduct the piloting of their realization, up to their delivery to user clients, from the first mules to series vehicles,
• Is responsible for the convergence of prototype budgets on each phase of the project, and ensures compliance,
• Orders shuttle vehicles for SRUB & pre-VRS (good OCVS, OF, Shipping Order...),
• Participates in the review sessions of Means Descriptions (DM) and is responsible for meeting objectives on project vehicle fleets,
• Participates in "Project" rituals requiring involvement and/or added value Planning,
• Applies project management standards and proposes feedback for continuous improvement,
• Establishes detailed planning of physical validation resources, ensures their update and conducts the piloting of their realization, up to their delivery to user clients, from the first validation means to series vehicles,
• Organizes KPIs / reporting and ensures the update of all dashboards,
• Prepares deliverables for each milestone/Technical Review of the DAPF Business in line with its activities.

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree (graduate schools or university) in Industrial Engineering,
• Knowledge of automotive design phases,
• Project management fundamentals,
• Very good communication skills in French,
• Relational ease,
• Automotive products,
• Good proficiency in EXCEL,
• Proficiency in English is a plus
