Responsibilities

In this role, your main missions will be:

• Preparation, animation, and review of PEPP meetings

  • Sorting topics (via Altis or other) for planning and disseminating the planned meeting agendas of the PEPP meeting.
  • Planning, animation of the PEPP review.
  • Dissemination of the final agendas no later than J-2 + information on PEPP efficiency indicators under Docinfo.
  • Animation of the PEPP meeting and dissemination of the minutes no later than J+2 (with update in the project base if existing).

• Follow-up of delayed or deviated topics

  • Identification of solutions not rescheduled / not updated and dissemination of an alert CR to project/VS contacts and solution pilots + report/cancellation of pending cases.
  • Information on monthly PEPP efficiency indicators (rate of topics prepared on time / respect for DEV forecasts and Offi/Indus transition dates) and dissemination of a quarterly summary with analysis and recommendations to improve the RPP and the PEPP referent.

• Follow-up of transverse PEPP topics

  • Participation in multi-project and transverse PEPP meetings, synthesis of topics, and dissemination of reports for application in the animation of the PEPP of the VS or the silhouette project.

• Preparation and animation of coding meetings

  • Animation of coding meetings and dissemination of the minutes no later than J+2 (with update in the project base if existing).

Requirements

Profile: Bac+5

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Skills:

• Good communication in English and French
• Automotive knowledge
• Project management
