Responsibilities

• Non-Key Material order and track delivery schedule with supplier 非关键原物料的订单发布及供应商交付追踪
• Coordination of Supply Chain related SAP Material Master Maintenance 协调供应链相关的SAP主数据维护
• Support on ICO business and broker about material transfer & Selling 支持内部客户的物料转移和代理物料转卖
• Claim coordination for package damage with Supplier (Include material and transportation supplier) 协调与物料&运输供应商的关于包装破损的索赔
• Maintain & update ASN (for Non-EDI Link suppliers) 维护更新供应商出货通知 （无EDI 连接的供应商）
• Support on uploading plan order in SAP system 协助生产计划订单系统更新
• Other topics assigned by management 其他管理层安排的相关事宜

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or similar or qualification, science and engineering and logistics are preferred 大专或同等学历
• Written & Read on English is preferred 英文读写佳优先
• Good at office software & ERP system SAP 熟悉办公软件和ERP 系统 SAP
• Good at communication, analysis and statistical 良好的沟通, 分析及统计能力
