About the Position

Planning, budgeting, forecasting – key processes in every company, often fraught with pitfalls. Planning can be overly complex and time-consuming, hindering collaboration and leading to errors. Our team helps companies escape the "Excel hell" and simplifies and optimizes the planning process. How? We develop applications for strategic and operational planning – especially for clients in banking, insurance, automotive, and other sectors.

We are currently looking for two new colleagues:

Junior Consultant – for enthusiasts of analysis and planning who have the basics and want to gain experience.

Mid/Senior Consultant – for more experienced specialists who want to implement advanced solutions and lead projects or teams.

Responsibilities

The goal of management in every company is to transform the leadership's vision into hard numbers – which markets do we want to expand into in the future, with which products? How much will our employees cost in the future, and will there be enough resources for key investments?

The applications we prepare for customers enable answers to these questions. This is achieved by creating models of individual areas of the company (sales, production, investments, personnel costs), which subsequently serve as a source for compiling key planning outputs – profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial indicators.

We can also predict market requirements to better manage sales, logistics, and production. We also create simulation models for CO2 management, which help customers meet legislative requirements for their industry. And much more…

Specific Expectations for Junior and Mid/Senior Consultants

You will get to know technologies with great potential and work on projects at the intersection of Business Consulting and IT development.
You will work on designing and implementing applications that help customers plan and make decisions effectively.
You will create models, scenarios, and simulations that enable better management of company processes (from sales, production, and investments to CO2 management or employee costs).
You will learn (or improve) working with tools such as IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Jedox.
You will collaborate with customers across departments and participate in creating functional and system specifications.

Junior Consultant – Who We Are Looking For?

University education in IT, finance, economics, or you are about to complete your studies.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and basics of SQL. Knowledge of programming (e.g., VBA, Javascript) is an advantage.
Theoretical knowledge in the field of financial analysis, planning, or controlling, or IT education and a desire to study these areas further.
English at a communicative level, German is an advantage.
Enthusiasm for analytics, logical thinking, and a desire to learn new things.

Mid/Senior Consultant – Who We Are Looking For?

Relevant experience in planning, financial analysis, reporting, or controlling.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel (including working with large volumes of data and more complex analyses).
Experience with planning tools (e.g., IBM Planning Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, Jedox) is an advantage.
Experience with programming (e.g., VBA, Python, Javascript) is an advantage.
Ability to take responsibility for project management, client communication, and team coordination.
Communicative English, German is a big plus.
