Location: Barcelona
Responsibilities
- Acts as a budget manager and collects needs from various areas while tracking all quotations.
- Negotiates, organizes, and manages SEAT's quotation rounds for test money and vehicles.
- Provides information to the vehicle planner once the project is approved and resources are assigned.
- Communicates short-term and long-term vehicle planning to clients to meet new needs or urgent changes.
- Organizes the delivery and collection of vehicles, verifying their status.
- Updates vehicles for activity needs before delivering them to the validation area.
- Takes into account that some vehicles require special status due to specific tests and may need special update methods.
Additional tasks include:
- Tracking project milestones with a status report and keeping it updated.
- Managing the area budget, negotiating, organizing, and managing quotation rounds (AVON, PP, etc.).
- Managing the creation of AVON interventions (PVP, ÄKO, SMP's,...).
- Managing/negotiating vehicles apart from the approved budget.
- Participating in technical meetings, classifying changes that affect or do not affect the assigned area.
- Communicating with the client and validation areas about current and planned vehicles.
- Securing urgent vehicles and collaborating with other areas to secure urgent vehicles.
- Organizing the delivery, collection, and return of vehicles.
Tasks to organize with workshops:
- Verify vehicle status.
- Manage vehicle updates via ODT's.
- Find solutions with responsible parties in case of complications.
