About the Position
We are seeking a Planning Manager to manage budgets, negotiate, and organize vehicle quotations for our clients. The role involves tracking project milestones, managing budgets, negotiating vehicle quotations, and ensuring the smooth delivery and collection of vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Budget Management: Negotiate, organize, and manage vehicle quotation rounds.
- Quotation Management: Handle the creation of AVON interventions (PVP, ÄKO, SMP's, etc.).
- Project Tracking: Track project milestones with an updated status report.
- Vehicle Planning: Communicate vehicle planning to clients and validation areas.
- Urgent Vehicle Handling: Secure and collaborate on urgent vehicle needs.
- Delivery and Collection: Organize the delivery, collection, and return of vehicles.
- Workshop Coordination: Verify vehicle status, manage updates, and find solutions for complications.
