Location and Hybrid Work Model

Main Responsibilities

• From Macro to Micro: Co-lead with the BU (Business Unit) leader the discussions of long-term strategy and planning. Translate that vision into medium and short-term plans, orchestrating from the projection processes to 8 quarters ahead to the budget process and the monthly follow-up of risks and opportunities.
• Strategic Planning and Implications: Continuously monitor the evolution of the BU plans, translating them into planning mechanisms and implications on resource allocation. Co-lead prioritization discussions and route adjustments.
• Analytical Depth: Work within an efficient team maintaining a great analytical depth in the planning models, the expected impact of initiatives, the analysis of variations (real vs. planned) and the forecast models.
• Evolution of Mechanisms: Continuously propose the evolution of the frameworks and planning and strategy mechanisms used by the company.
• Executive Team Advisor: Act within an efficient team as the right hand of the executive team, ensuring that decision-making is consistent, data-driven, and aligned with the long-term vision.
• Culture of Excellence: Spread a mindset of ownership and analytical rigor throughout the organization.

Requirements

• Relevant Background in Strategic Consulting, Planning, or FP&A: Solid and diverse experience in terms of scope and markets, demonstrating versatility and analytical rigor.
• Attitude: Experiences that demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving, and proactive attitude, with the ability to evolve the scope of their projects with a low level of supervision.
• Analytical Thinking for Business Problem Solving: Ability to understand large business problems, structure them into blocks, address them with analytical depth to identify risks and opportunities, and recommend next steps.
• Stakeholder Management: Seniority to deal with multiple senior-level stakeholders in parallel, acting as the right hand of the BU leader on planning and strategy issues.

Nice to Have

• Solid experience in Management Consulting, Financial Planning, FP&A, or highly analytical areas.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
