Production Planning team in Poland is responsible for ensuring correct material availability servicing the required stock levels, ensuring delivery on time to customers through correct assessment of capacity and resource allocation. The primary target is the S&OE, that’s strongly connected to S&OP process.

Responsibilities

• Planning of production with emphasis on effectiveness and productivity,
• Maintaining healthy level of inventory for raw, semi, and finished products,
• Reporting of production plan and level of its realization,
• Daily collaboration with main stakeholders to secure achieving company goals,
• Work within ERP environment across modules with a main focus on Master Planning and its role in MRP calculations,
• Continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience within production planning,
• Computer literacy (MS Office – mainly Excel),
• Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge – MRP engine,
• Organized, flexible, and quick to learn,
• Strong problem-solving skills,
• Ability to analyze a large amount of data,
• Graduate with at least a Bachelor’s degree,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary,
• Strong stakeholder management.
