Plant Human Resources Generalist

About the Position

We are seeking a Plant Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Muskogee. This role involves managing staffing, payroll, performance management, employee development, training, and succession planning. Responsibilities

• Train and monitor work accuracy of Payroll/HR responsibilities with managers
• Maintain and reconcile all hourly payroll files and data for the plant, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Process weekly plant hourly payroll, including balancing general ledger interfaces and preparing regular and special payroll reports
• Assist in the administration of employee benefit and compensation programs and other HR company initiatives as required
• Partner with Plant HR Manager for disability processing, relocation coordination, HR requisition and PAF process, maintaining employee files and performance plan tracking and record keeping

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree required
• Previous professional experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Previous experience in payroll administration in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Ceridian DayForce and SAP are a plus

• Salary Range: Between $70,000 - $90,000 yearly, with a possible 12% short-term incentive bonus
