Platform Architect Network Security (STIB-PU_2026_066)

We are seeking a Senior Network Security Architect for an 11-month role in Brussels, Belgium, focusing on defining and evolving enterprise network and security architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architecture and Strategy

  • Define the technological roadmap for network and security platforms.
  • Develop and maintain reference architectures.
  • Evaluate new technologies and propose evolution trajectories.
  • Contribute to the simplification and rationalization of the technological landscape.

• Governance and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance of architectures with security and resilience requirements.
  • Participate in NIS2 initiatives and risk management programs.
  • Define architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and validate major technical designs.

• Project Support

  • Serve as an Architect or Technical Lead on strategic projects.
  • Support Solution Architects and project managers in technical choices related to the domain.
  • Produce architecture documents (HLD, LLD, standards, design principles).
  • Identify dependencies, risks, and cross-cutting impacts.

• Technical Leadership

  • Be the reference point for Build and Run teams.
  • Support the skill development of network and security engineers.
  • Lead technical communities and architecture reviews.
  • Ensure knowledge transfer and documentation of solutions.
