Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and manage cloud-native infrastructure and tooling that empowers our development teams.
- Contribute to building self-service capabilities, abstracting complex infrastructure layers, and promoting engineering autonomy.
- Operate and maintain a wide range of infrastructure components, including Linux and Kubernetes-based systems, using automated processes and pipelines.
- Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for increased scalability, cost efficiency, and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with other engineering teams to understand their needs and provide solutions that accelerate their productivity.
Requirements
- Graduated or higher in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or have equivalent practical experience.
- A strong interest in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to develop using programming languages such as Python or Golang.
- Familiar with the principles of the software development lifecycle and the concepts of infrastructure-as-code.
- Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and comfortable working with related tools/technologies (e.g. Jenkins, Git, ArgoCD).
- Hands-on experience with containerized environments and container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- A strong interest in one or more of the following domains:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Provisioning and Configuration Management (e.g., Azure, Terraform, Saltstack)
- Networking: Traffic Management, Load Balancing, CDN, and DNS (e.g., HAProxy, Kong, CloudFlare, Firewall)
- Software Development Lifecycle: Automating builds, tests, and deployments (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD, Artifactory)
- Have a security-first mindset and an interest in compliance achievement.
- Proactive, creative, and a great team player.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
