Platform Engineer/DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with a strong background in Kubernetes, Observability, GitOps, and Cloud Administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, have a Dev(sec)Ops mindset, and be comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines for software development and deployment, ensuring efficient automation and integration practices;
- Development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for business applications;
- Development and implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for platforms (IaaC);
- Good technical knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL);
- Good knowledge of AWS and Azure;
- Management and maintenance of the operational integrity of production and development systems, with a focus on automation and stability;
- Development of Bash/Python scripts and other automation tools to improve processes and optimize operational efficiency;
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and project managers, to ensure platform stability and project success;
- Using Jira and Confluence to record the status of your deliverables and the associated technical documentation.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years’ proven experience;
- Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent;
- Experience in managing AWS and Azure resources;
- Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes;
- Significant experience with DevOps practices and tools;
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitHub Actions;
- Experience in systems administration (preferably in Linux environments);
- Advanced proficiency in Bash scripting for process automation and optimization;
- Certifications in relevant areas will be considered an asset (GitHub, GitHub Actions, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
