Our client is a leading supplier of security software for the industry, infrastructure, utilities, and utilities. Our software, Alert, is on the boundary of OT/IT and plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and continuity of business processes.
Responsibilities
As an Implementation PLC Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing our Alert software for our clients. This includes:
- Giving demos to potential clients and answering technical questions.
- Collaborating with the sales department to develop system concepts and create calculations for projects.
- Determining the scope and feasibility of projects based on your technical insight.
- Executing and delivering projects within the schedule and budget, in collaboration with the project leader.
- Providing second-line support after delivery and ensuring SLAs.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in programming and configuring software applications in the OT/IT domain (PLC/SCADA, DCS, MES).
- Experience with industrial networks and security is a plus.
- Completed HBO education in Industrial Automation, Computer Science, or similar.
- Proactive, independent, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Possession of a driver's license B.
