About the Position

We are looking for a PLM/PDM Specialist to join our team and work on exciting projects while managing international teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the central contact person for PLM and project questions at the customer.
Record and analyze business processes and develop solution concepts and implementation possibilities.
Perform cost estimation and prepare offers regarding technical aspects.
Define and implement planning for implementations and adaptations in Teamcenter.
Advise customers on possible solutions, approaches, strategies, and processes.
Apply either agile or classic project methodology for design and specification.
Responsible for design, implementation, migration, testing, and roll-out activities.
Configure, customize, and implement customer-specific solutions based on Teamcenter.
Manage projects or take over partial/overall project management and lead interdisciplinary and international teams.

Requirements

Successful completion of studies or training in computer science, mechanical engineering, or comparable qualifications.
Very good knowledge of PLM/PDM processes, concepts, and methods.
Many years of project experience, ideally with agile methodology.
Profound expertise and detailed knowledge in the following areas:
- Teamcenter (Tc) Structure Management, Tc Change Management, Tc Dispatcher, and/or Tc Scheduler and other modules.
- Organization and Access Management.
- Configuration and server-side customization of Tc based on BMIDE (data model, workflows, and ITK/SOA services).
- Client-side customization, codeless & codefull for AW and RAC.
- Tc integration to CAD and ERP systems.
Detailed knowledge of internal functions and processes in Teamcenter.
Very good project management skills and intercultural competence.
Very good German language skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
