About the Position

PMO Business Workstream (SAP S/4 Transformation) (m/w/d)

Join ALDI Nord as a PMO Business Workstream professional for SAP S/4 Transformation, supporting workstream leads in Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Reporting.

Responsibilities

As a sparring partner, you will support the workstream leads in the areas of Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Reporting in planning, steering, and implementing their topics.
You will prepare complex technical and business matters in a structured and audience-appropriate manner for management.
Creating presentations, decision templates, and management storylines for program management, steering committees, and executive boards is part of your responsibilities.
You will ensure continuous transparent steering of progress, risks, dependencies, and critical decisions within the business streams.
You will independently track measures and operate active stakeholder and escalation management.
You will prepare, moderate, and follow up on workshops, governance bodies, and decision-making rounds.
You will actively drive the development of PMO methods, reporting standards, KPIs, and control instruments.
Through close collaboration with departments, IT, and external partners, you will ensure successful cross-departmental coordination.

Requirements

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in PMO, program management, or management consulting.
Proven experience in large IT transformation programs (ideally ERP), especially in dealing with complex internal and external stakeholder structures.
Strong ownership mentality and ability to independently drive topics with a high quality standard.
In-depth understanding of PMO functions and methods.
Extensive experience in creating decision-ready documents (storyline, precise formulations, visualization).
Excellent analytical skills and quick comprehension, especially for understanding complex relationships such as business processes/IT system landscapes and deriving measures.
Confident demeanor in top management environments.
Professional experience in the (food) retail sector is desired.
Very good German and English language skills.
