PMO Data F/H

We are looking for a PMO Data F/H to join our team at Scalian EN in Vitrolles, France. This role involves supporting the Corporate Security Travel team in managing international travel security, data quality, and operational management.

Salary: €36K - €49K

Location: Vitrolles, France

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Travel Security & Operations

• Conduct and maintain country risk assessments (geopolitical and security).
• Update Security Memos and traveler recommendations.
• Monitor security incidents and alerts.
• Participate in the management of Airbus travelers during specific events.
• Coordinate the deployment of the Crisis24 platform across various Airbus subsidiaries and entities.
• Track connections with travel agencies and integrate new partners.
• Produce weekly reports related to Crisis24.

Data Quality & Analytics

• Ensure the quality and reliability of travel security data.
• Create and monitor KPIs and reports via QlikSense.
• Perform daily updates of traveler tracking data.
• Control and verify data with Travel Security Managers.
• Monitor missions and associated indicators.

PMO & Administrative Support

• Prepare steering committees and executive support.
• Build management presentations.
• Extract and consolidate data.
• Administer access to Travel Security ecosystem tools:
  • Crisis24
  • Google Drive
  • Google Sites
  • Other organizational tools.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 to 10 years in similar activities.
• Technical Skills:
  • Data analysis and Business Intelligence.
  • Reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Expertise or good knowledge of international travel security (Travel Security).
  • Experience with Crisis24 is highly appreciated.
  • PMO and international project management skills.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Google Sheets
    • Google Slides
    • Google Drive
    • Google Sites
• Soft Skills:
  • High level of rigor.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Prioritization and responsiveness to security incidents.
• Languages:
  • Fluent English / Bilingual required.
