About the Position
PMO / Project Management Officer (H/F)
Location: France, Île-de-France, Puteaux
Salary: €62,000 to €72,000 EUR
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the project portfolio: Prioritization, planning, and capacity tracking.
- Directly manage strategic IT projects.
- Implement and standardize project methods, tools, and frameworks.
- Support project managers on framing, governance, and risk management.
- Prepare and lead steering committees (COPIL, IT committees, steering groups).
- Consolidate project reporting and monitor performance indicators (deadlines, costs, quality, risks).
- Contribute to the definition of the project roadmap and priority arbitration.
- Monitor project interdependencies and alert in case of deviation.
- Disseminate best practices in project management and support teams.
Requirements
- Skills: Dynamics 365 Business Central, ERP, PMO, UiPath, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure
- Experience Level: Mid-level
Environment & Tools
- Power BI, Excel avancé, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, méthodes Agile (Scrum, Kanban), projets ERP (Business Central / NAV), data/BI et environnements IT complexes.
